A circuit training class that focuses on preparing you for a obstacle course racing. We focus on strength, grip, obstacles, endurance and running. Workouts will consist of plyometric, bodyweight, obstacle training and technique. This class is for all levels of fitness (Beginner, intermediate and advance)
